Joaquin Maceo Rosa is a Manhattan born Actor of Caribbean, Scottish & Mexican decent. After garnering Co-Starring roles in “Billions”, “The Blacklist” & “Elementary”, Joaquin was hand picked by Dick Wolf(“Law & Order” & “Chicago”) & Craig Turk(“The Good Wife”, “Private Practice” & “Boston Legal”) to star as villain Bernardo Funes in their new CBS Crime Drama, “F.B.I.” airing this fall.

After studying drama at Morehouse College in Atlanta Georgia Joaquin studied the “Method” with Jean Shelton in San Francisco before returning to New York to study at the New Actors Workshop with Mike Nichols & Paul Sills. Joaquin then went on to study privately with legendary Acting Coach Elizabeth Kemp, former Associate Artistic Director at The Actors Studio, and credits her with with some of his most valuable growth as an Actor.
